KABUL (SW): Afghan President, Muhammad Ashraf Ghani, left Kabul for Tajikistan on Tuesday.
Dawa Kahn Mina Pal, Deputy Spokesman for the President, told Salam Watandar that President would meet with President Emomali Rahmon, in his two day visit to Tajikistan where the two presidents would discuss security and trade issues.
Mina Pal added that President Ghani would also meet with the prime minister, head of parliament and other Tajikistan’s officials and would discuss with them security and economic issues.
Mina Pal further added that a number of agreements would also be signed between the two Presidents.
A statement released by Arg (Presidential Palace), said that the President is set to make a speech at the Tajikistan state university.
Salahuddin Rabani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ali Ahmad Osmani, Minister of Water and Energy, Farid Hamidi, the Attorney General and Qudratullah Delawari, Head of De Afghanistan Brishna Shirkat were the entourage accompanying President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani in this trip.
