KANDAHAR CITY (SW) – An improvised explosive device blast in Kandahar’s Spin Boldan district killed three people and wounded 20 others, an official said on Tuesday.
Baheer Ahmadi, spokesman for the provincial governor, said the blast was caused by the Taliban. He added that all victims of the attack are civilians including a child. He added all injured people have been rushed to hospitals, and some of them are in critical state.
There has been no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack. The Taliban have denied their involvement.
