Girl killed by brother in Badghis in a runaway case
QALA-I-NAW (SW): A girl is killed by her brother in Badghis province on Thursday.
The local authorities said the incident took place in Laman village of Qala-i-Naw city. Zaher Bahand, the provincial governor’s spokesman, said that "Mah Jan" the 18-year-old girl was a runaway who was killed over an alleged affair by her brother. “The initial investigation indicates that the deceased previously had affair with another youth”, informed Bahand.
The provincial governor’s spokesman added the culprit is absconding from the scene of the crime while the police have started the investigation.
