KABUL (SW) – Representatives of the civil society organizations on Saturday urged the peace delegates attending the intra-Afghan dialogue in Qatar to make the details public.
The civil society activists have urged the delegates to strive for confidence building for peace.
Fareeda Nekzaad, head of the women journalists support center, told a presser in this connection that the peace delegates should brief citizens about the talks in Doha.
Earlier in the day, a number of politicians, civil society activists and journalists left for Doha to attend the forthcoming intra-Afghan dialogue for peace.
This comes as the Afghan government has clarified the participants of the intra-Afghan dialogue for peace are joining this session in personal capacity, and do not necessarily represent the government.
The two-day conference would begin in the Qatari capital on Sunday, and would be co-hosted by Germany.
This is a third such meeting after a similar moot in Moscow last month.
