PUL-e-Alam (SW): An armed group attacked a mine clearance organization called Janoos in Pul-e-Alam district in Logar and kidnaped four de-miners of the organization.
The assailants have also set ablaze 7 vehicles belonged to the organization.
Salim Saleh, spokesman for the governor in the province, said that the incident occurred midnight on Sunday. He said that efforts were underway to liberate the kidnapped de-miners.
It is worth mentioning that this organization was recently renamed from Sterling to Janoos.
No one has claimed responsibility for the incident yet.
