KABUL (SW): Abdullah Abdullah, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of National Unity Government (NUG), on Monday’s Council of Ministers meeting criticized that India has been contributing to development projects throughout the country, but has not been used without timely reimbursement.
According to him, not spending the aid on time by any government entity is not acceptable. He added that some projects have been halted for several years for a minor issue.
The CEO of the country directed the Cabinet to visit provincial chapters of their Ministries to study the problems.
This comes as previously the members of the parliament had objected on the delay of implementation of projects due to corruption in aid funds.
