KABUL (SW) – Two sons of Mohammad Mohaqiq, deputy to Chief Executive, engaged in deadly exchange of fire on Sunday morning at their residence in Kabul.
Esmatullah Khanjari, a source close to the Mohaqiq family told Salam Watandar one of his younger sons, Hussain has fatally shot his brother Baqir Mohammad and injured five of his guards.
Khanjari said the special units of police reached the spot and wounded the assailant before taking him to hospital.
The interior ministry spokesman, Nusrat Rahimi, has also confirmed the incident.
