GHAZNI CITY (SW): As many as four Taliban militants stormed the Ghanzi Appellate Court on Wednesday morning leaving 11 people wounded.
Local security officials told Salam Watandar that a suicide bomber entered the compound after shooting a guard at the main gate and later blowing himself inside the compound. His colleagues started shooting indiscriminately in the court but the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) reacted swiftly, killing all three assailants on the spot.
The attackers also parked a car packed with explosives near the court building and the ANSF were struggling to thwart the time bomb attached to the car.
