KABUL (SW): A vehicle targeting NATO convoy between U.S embassy and Abdul Haq square detonated around 8 a.m. in the capital Kabul on Wednesday.
Najib Danish, acting head of media at the Ministry of Interior (MoI), said the explosion killed 8 civilians and injured 28 more. “NATO convoy did not sustain any damage in the explosion”, informed Danish.
Witnesses in the area of explosion said two civilian vehicles also caught fire.
So far no militant group has taken responsible of Wednesday’s attack in the capital.
