KABUL (SW): Officials at the Ministry of Rural, Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD), have said that with the implementation of the second round of National Program for Work, nearly 76.000 citizens would find jobs.
The jobs would be created in Herat, Bamiyan, Badghis, Ghor and Farah provinces.
Akbar Rustami, Spokesman for the MRRD told a press conference on Wednesday here in Kabul that the National Program for Peace includes construction of the roads, retaining walls, bridges and irrigation canals.
He added that the second phase of the program would be implemented via the National Solidarity Program, which is worth afn 695 and is going to be funded by Italy.
The first phase of the program was launched in 12 provinces six months ago. This program provided 235 citizens with job opportunities.
