Attack on TV channel van kills 2 people

KABUL (SW) – An improvised explosive device targeting a private TV channel van killed two people in Kabul on Sunday, an official confirmed.

Nusrat Rahimi, spokesman for the Ministry of Interior, said the van was blown-up by a magnetic IED attached to it killing the driver and a passerby and injuring three people, including two staffers of the private TV.

There has been no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
