{"id":9667,"date":"2022-04-21T12:12:15","date_gmt":"2022-04-21T12:12:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swn.af\/en\/?p=9667"},"modified":"2022-04-21T12:12:15","modified_gmt":"2022-04-21T12:12:15","slug":"explanation-sought-over-prolonged-closure-of-girls-schools","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swn.af\/en\/2022\/04\/explanation-sought-over-prolonged-closure-of-girls-schools\/","title":{"rendered":"Explanation sought over prolonged closure of girls&#8217; schools"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>KABUL (SW) &#8211; Members of the civil society on Thursday sought explanation from the Islamic Emirate authorities over the prolonged closure of girls&#8217; schools across the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A number of civil society organizations, parties and tribal council elders called on the Islamic Emirate to clarify the issue behind closure of girls&#8217; schools in the country. .<\/p>\n<p>The participants in this meeting said that the closure of girls&#8217; schools has no Islamic or cultural justification.\u00a0They called the closure of schools in the country a great loss and called on the Islamic Emirate to reopen girls&#8217; schools as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the occasion, a number of teachers of girls&#8217; schools said that the decision by the Islamic Emirate was imposed on girls.
