He said that Amir Khan Muttaqi will travel to Oslo at the invitation of Norway at the head of a high-level delegation.<\/p>\n<p>The visit comes as the Norwegian ambassador to Kabul last week spoke with a number of senior members of the Islamic Emirate.<\/p>\n<p>During the meetings, officials from the Islamic Emirate called on the Norwegian ambassador to take steps to have their government recognized.
