That\u2019s even as the militant group faces a host of fresh challenges to cement its control on the country.<\/p>\n<p>Separately, a three-day meeting of the Leadership Council of the Islamic Emirate was held under the chairmanship of Taliban Emir Hebatullah Akhundzada in Kandahar province.<\/p>\n<p>According to a statement issued by Mujahed, the meeting, which began on Saturday, ended on Monday.
