Individuals may also submit information to the U.S. Embassy Kabul Regional Security Officer by telephone at +93 070 010 8600 Ext. 8600.<\/p>\n<p>According to the US officials, Cydney Mizell was kidnapped in Kandahar when she was returning home after a field work where she was teaching English in the university and also working in a number of development projects.
