According to Ahmadi, individuals and groups who are thoughtful and have something to say are not given a chance in peace talks.<\/p>\n<p>However, Fawzia Kofi, a female member of the government&#8217;s negotiating team, has said that while the most important issue on the agenda of peace talks is women&#8217;s rights, she argued that discussing this issue before agreeing on political structures may not have the right outcome.<\/p>\n<p>Since the beginning of peace talks between the government and the Taliban, the diminishing role of women in this process has always been a concern.
