According to him, Wali was seriously injured in the incident and Bahram Uddin, his driver, died.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Afghanistan&#8217;s enemies have become so humiliated and powerless that they make no distinction between civilian and military targets, and have declared war on all Afghans,&#8221; Fazly wrote.<\/p>\n<p>The blast took place at around 8:15 a.m. this morning in the 7<sup>th<\/sup> district of Chehelston, according to the Kabul Police Command. Ferdaus Faramarz, a spokesman for the Kabul Police Command, said one person was killed and two others were injured in the incident.<\/p>\n<p>No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the blast.<\/p>\n<p>There has been an unprecedented increase in targeted killings, targeted assassinations and the explosion of magnetic bombs in the country, especially in Kabul.
