HERAT CITY (SW) – Ahmad, a 52-year-old resident of Rubat Sangi district in Herat province, is father of 46 children.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ahmad says that he shares a home with his three wives and all of his children.<\/p>\n

In an interview with Salam Watandar, Ahmad expresses deep affection for his children and emphasize that his sons work alongside him and treat him with “best respect”.<\/p>\n

Ahmad describes their relationship not as father-child but as companions.<\/p>\n

He further said that even plans to marry again soon to have a fourth wife.<\/p>\n

Ahmad supports his large family by working in a bakery inherited from his father. He ensures the family’s needs are met by working hard in the bakery.<\/p>\n

Despite the financial responsibility, Ahmad spares no expense to celebrate special occasions.<\/p>\n

He proudly shares that during the last Eid, he spent almost 50,000 Afghanis on clothes and shoes for all his children, both boys and girls.<\/p>\n

According to Ahmad, having such a large family has earned him respect and recognition among the traders and residents of his district.<\/p>\n
