According to him, the incident took place in the Hisa Dowam district of the province.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the two women officers worked in the Kapisa police command.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Mohammad Shoaib Danesh, director of health in Kapisa province, said one of the women officer is pregnant.
