You know that the economic situation is bad, I am responsible for a family of 10 people and this is very difficult for me.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to this, Masoud Farahmand, a resident of Kabul, who was dismissed from the Administrative Reforms and Civil Services Department together with hundreds of others last year, said that even though he has a master&#8217;s degree and 10 years of work experience, but after becoming unemployed, he has not been able to enter any government office with many efforts.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The only hope for civil service officers is to work in government offices because they have no experience in other sectors.
