She said that on average, 638 mothers die during childbirth in every 100,000 births, which makes Afghanistan as one of the most dangerous countries for mothers.<\/p>\n<p>According to her, the lack of work and carelessness of officials, lack of treatment options, lack of access to standard health services in most of the remote areas of the country are the main reasons for the increase in the death of mothers during childbirth.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, Mohammad Asif Kabir, Deputy Director of Public Health of Herat, while announcing his support for the Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, said that due to the increase of medical centers and human resources in this province, the death rate of mothers during childbirth has decreased significantly.<\/p>\n<p>ENDS<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KABUL (SW) &#8211;\u00a0Officials of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Association have said that in every 100,000 births, more than 600 mothers die during childbirth in Afghanistan.
