Afghanistan is a traditional country where there are many issues and this is not the place to discuss them in detail.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to the officials of the Ministry of Education, there are 17 thousand 780 schools in Afghanistan, of which 15 thousand 83 are public and 2 thousand 697 are private. The total number of school students across the country reaches 10 million, of which 6 million are boys and 4 million are girls.<\/p>\n<p>Officials of the Ministry of Education announced that the number of teachers in Afghanistan&#8217;s schools is 242,000, of which 92,000 are women.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, Karamatullah Akhundzada, Deputy Minister of Islamic Education of the Ministry of Education, said in this meeting that they have so far registered 20,000 religious scholars.<\/p>\n<p>After one year of the rule of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan, there is still no specific mechanism for reopening girls&#8217; schools above the sixth grade.
