Abdullah Abdullah, chairman High Council for National Reconciliation, has said the venue for intra-Afghan talks should not to be allowed to undermine the peace process.
Reports suggest the meetings resumed after the mediation of Zalmay Khalilzad, the US special representatives for Afghanistan reconciliation.
