TALUQAN (SW) – A man has been taken into custody for allegedly beheading a child in Takhar province.
Ansarullah Ansar, head of information and culture department of the Islamic Emirate in Takhar, said that security forces arrested a man for beheading a 10-year-old child in the Rustaq district of the province.
The child was called Navid, said the official.
The head of information and culture department the Islamic Emirate for Takhar made these statements today. According to him, this child was beheaded a few days ago.
Ansarullah Ansar added that the accused had confessed to the crime and said that the father of the child had raped him three years ago. The head of information and culture of the Islamic Emirate for Takhar also said that the detainee had been introduced to the judiciary.
It should be noted that Navid, a 10-year-old child, was beheaded in front of the education department of Rustaq district a few days ago.
