SHEBERGHAN (SW): Authorities in Jawzjan have said a teen has committed suicide over a brawl with her family.
Mohammad Reza Ghafori, provincial governor’s spokesman, told Salam Watandar that the victim’s name was ‘Basila’ a 19-year-old girl who hanged herself to death late Saturday night. According to the spokesman, the victim’s suicide is due to domestic disturbance.
Provincial police have said that since March at least 7 cases of female suicides and murders have been reported in the province.
