However, he stressed, the conditions can be put forward in talks with an inclusive delegation representing all people<\/p>\n<p>Abdullah added that not preconditioning start of peace talks does not mean giving up on the people&#39;s right. He added peace is the wish of all the people of Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Executive welcomed tangible reduction of violence before the proposed intra-Afghan talks begin.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, President Ashraf Ghani had cited a ceasefire as a precondition for the peace talks.
