The IECC commissioner, Mohammad Qasim Elyasi, said this strategy would help improve coordination between the electoral commissions.<\/p>\n<p>He added some 391 complaints were registered till Saturday with the IECC mainly from Laghman, Panjshir, Badadkhshan and Faryab provinces. Elyasi said no recount would take place in eight provinces.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the IEC spokesman Abdul Azizi Ebrahimi, told Salam Watandar that the IECC has been asked to provide a clarification in connection with the recount.
