He said the State-Builder team would lodge its complaints in connection with the results at the complaint commission soon.<\/p>\n<p>He urged the electoral commission to impartially and fairly address the complaints and declare the final results.<\/p>\n<p>The Independent Election Commission has declared Mohammad Ashraf Ghani winner in the presidential polls with 50.64 per cent of the total votes.<\/p>\n<p>Hava Alam Nuristani, chairperson of the IEC, told a press conference in this connection that the incumbent President Ghani won a total of 923968 votes.
