The source said the winter uniform was meant for security forces getting ready to launch a clean-up operation in Darzab.<\/p>\n<p>Security officials have rejected these reports. Zubair Arif, deputy spokesman for the defense ministry, said the military supplies are dispatched to destinations in line with a proper plan and schedule.
