He added the remaining four other tribal elders remain in the Taliban custody.<\/p>\n<p>The provincial police Chief Niaz Mohammad Niazmand has confirmed it.<\/p>\n<p>Sadaat along with four other tribal leaders were abducted by the Taliban when they were on their way to Kabul.
