An additional three service members were wounded by what the U.S. called an &quot;improvised explosive device&quot; near Bagram Air Base, it said, adding the wounded were evacuated and are currently receiving medical care.<\/p>\n<p>The Taliban spokesman, Zabihullah Mujahed, has claimed responsibility for the attack.
