He said the U.S,&nbsp;NATO and the EU went into Afghanistan together, and will determine the future posture, based on conditions determined with the Afghans.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Encouraged by their strong endorsement on the progress we&rsquo;ve made on a peace process.
