The fire also engulfed nearby Kabul Tower housing residential apartments, one hospital and commercial entities.<\/p>\n<p>Haseeb Rahimi, an official at the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries, told journalists the fire was caused by an IED attached to a fuel supplying tanker.<\/p>\n<p>In Jalalabad, the fire reportedly caused by an electric short-circuit engulfed a commercial market, Noor Umer Plaza, in the first district of the city.
