Meanwhile, Ghulam Hussain Changiz, a representative of the Qarabagh people in the Ghazni Provincial Council, said that the Taliban have also severely beaten 12 other passengers, and&nbsp;5 of them are women who are in critical condition now.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0px 0px 13.33px\">The Taliban have not said anything to the media yet.
