{"id":86696,"date":"2017-12-08T08:19:32","date_gmt":"2017-12-08T08:19:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swn.af\/lib\/bamiyan-potato-production-increases\/"},"modified":"2017-12-08T08:19:32","modified_gmt":"2017-12-08T08:19:32","slug":"bamiyan-potato-production-increases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swn.af\/archive\/bamiyan-potato-production-increases\/","title":{"rendered":"Bamiyan potato production increases"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" height=\"238\" src=\"\/2017_Uploads\/2017\/Desember\/8\/\u0628\u0627\u0645\u06cc\u0627\u0646 12.jpg\" width=\"599\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0px 0px 13.33px\">BAMIYAN (SW): Officials at the Bamiyan Department of Agriculture and Livestock said Bamiyan is the most suitable place for potato cultivation, and as a result, potato production has increased this year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0px 0px 13.33px\">Abdul Wahab Mohammadi, Director of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Bamiyan, said in a conversation with Salam Watandar, that more than 80 percent of Bamiyan population is engaged in agriculture and livestock, and the major products of this province are potatoes, wheat and fruits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0px 0px 13.33px\">According to Mr. Mohammadi this year, farmers have harvested more than 350 thousand tons of potatoes from their lands, which last year was only 320 thousand tons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0px 0px 13.33px\">According to reports, Bamiyan farmers&rsquo;
