According to the police commander of Darzab, the situation in this district is extremely worrying.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0px 0px 13.33px\">Mohammad Raza Ghafouri, spokesperson for Jawzjan governor, also said that ISIS has fined the families in this district three times more money they received.
