According to these documents, only in Faizabad city, from 1393 (2014) to 1395 (2017), 40 teachers received the salaries assigned only for 20 teachers; two teachers received one salary from the same code.

The documents show that the teachers, who received salary in the preceding years from same code number, were changed to another code number in the new year.

Mansouri, a teacher at the New Town School, received a salary from code number (27-17-02-837) in 1393 (2014), but in the teacher’s reference table of 1396 (2017), he received salary from code number (27-17-02-842), and it is not clear who received salary from his previous code number.

Similarly, since 1393 (2014), two teachers at the same time received salaries from the same code number (27-17-02-913).

Salima, a teacher at one of the schools in Badakhshan, said her former code number was (27-17-02-846), but now it is given to another teacher.

According to Salima, any officer assigned to the Department of Education in Badakhshan, contrary to the law, manipulates the teachers’ posts.

Najla, a teacher at “Batash” school in Faizabad city, said she has been a teacher in this school for 8 years, and due to some issues with their code numbers, they (teachers) have not received salaries since 4 months. “Code numbers have been faked and sold”, she said.

But Rohullah Mohaqiq, the Director of Directorate of Education in Badakhshan, said that only 20 positions in Faizabad schools face this problem. According to Rohullah Mohaqiq, with an analysis by Department of Education, 20 code numbers related to issuance of salaries which were connected for two teachers at the same time were identified.

The Director of Education of Badakhshan added that the problem was due to the new system to issue the salaries of teachers through code numbers, and to resolve this issue they have asked for help from the Ministry of Education.

ENDS

Salam Watandar received documents which showed that in some schools in Badakhshan, two teachers received salary from one position.

[83
93
post-86492","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-education","tag-english
["GET
