TAKHAR (SW): Takhar Provincial Court of Appeals issued an arrest warrant in Chahab district of Takhar for Bashir Qanet, a former commander of Hezb-e Islami led by Gulbadin Hekmatyar.<\/p>\n
In a letter numbered “1008\/1361” issued by part of “investigation of general crimes” of this court on Monday 30 October 2017 (8 aqrab 1396) which was sent to the police department of Takhar names of Bashir Qanet one of the former Hezb-e Islami commander in Chahab district, and team leader Ghulam Hussain son of Shir Ali, Mullah son of Shaikhul Islam, and other individuals who were part of the investigation for the murder case, injuring people, insult to sacred places, and attack against public service were included in the arrest warrant and the court ordered the police to immediately discover, identification, capture, and take into custody the above mentioned individuals and bring them in front of the court.<\/p>\n
