{"id":86246,"date":"2017-10-21T07:42:00","date_gmt":"2017-10-21T07:42:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swn.af\/lib\/acci-blames-pakistan-for-unilaterally-raising-tariff\/"},"modified":"2017-10-21T07:42:00","modified_gmt":"2017-10-21T07:42:00","slug":"acci-blames-pakistan-for-unilaterally-raising-tariff","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swn.af\/archive\/acci-blames-pakistan-for-unilaterally-raising-tariff\/","title":{"rendered":"ACCI blames Pakistan for unilaterally raising tariff"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/2017_Uploads\/6 June\/2017\/oct\/21\/alkozai.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>KABUL (SW): Pakistan has raised tariff by three-fold on imports from Afghanistan that pose serious threat in particular to fresh and dried fruits&#39; traders.<\/p>\n<p>Khan Jan Alakozay, deputy president of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ACCI), told a press conference here on Saturday that Pakistan has raised tariff on up to 120 items from Afghanistan such as coal, precious and semi-precious stones, fresh and dried fruits, herbs and vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>He said one ton of pomegranate, apple, and grapes were previously levied 8000 rupees, but now it is raised to 12000, 18000 and 28000 rupees respectively. Same is the case with a number of other items.
