{"id":85992,"date":"2017-09-25T04:45:55","date_gmt":"2017-09-25T04:45:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swn.af\/lib\/the-taliban-shut-down-25-health-centers-in-badghis\/"},"modified":"2017-09-25T04:45:55","modified_gmt":"2017-09-25T04:45:55","slug":"the-taliban-shut-down-25-health-centers-in-badghis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swn.af\/archive\/the-taliban-shut-down-25-health-centers-in-badghis\/","title":{"rendered":"The Taliban shut down 25 health centers in Badghis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" height=\"524\" src=\"\/2017_Uploads\/2017\/Sep\/25\/Badghis.jpg\" width=\"700\" \/><\/p>\n<p>QALA-I-NAW (SW): Health officials in Badghis stated that the Taliban had been warning the provincial directorate of public health through telephone calls and messages to close 25 health centers in 5 districts of the province for past 3 days.<\/p>\n<p>But, according to these officials they did not pay attention to Taliban warnings, and eventually the group closed 25 health centers on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Abdul Latif Rostayi, the acting director of provincial public health, told Salam Watandar that the health centers are located in Jond, Qades, Bala Morghab, Moqur districts and Qala-i-Naw city which are under the Taliban control. &ldquo;Half of the patients used to get treatment at these 25 health centers.
