The Taliban insurgents folded back after several hours clash with the Border Police Forces&rdquo;, informed Durrani.<\/p>\n<p>The provincial police chief also said that the water dam was built several years ago by the district residents providing drinking water to at least 2 thousand families.<\/p>\n<p>Kamal-u-Din Qabayili, a tribal elder of Shor Abad, in a conversation with Salam Watandar condemned the attack and urged the parties to the conflict to do no harm to public facilities. &ldquo;People from remote areas of the district used to carry water for their cattle and themselves from the water dam&rdquo;, informed Qabayili.<\/p>\n<p>Salam Watandar wished to contact the Taliban on the issue, but to no avail.<\/p>\n<p>Shor Abad district is situated near the Durand Line.
