The cause of the fire is believed to be an electric short circuit.<\/p>\n<p>Norulhaq Nazir, head of Kabul City Council, said that no one is injured by the fire, but more than 15 shops are burnt. &ldquo;Although the amount of financial damages are not clear yet, initial information indicates damages to be more than 10 million afghanis&rdquo; informed Nazir.<\/p>\n<p>According to local residents and vendors, it is not the first time that a fire catches a market.
