KABUL (SW): The demonstrators have continued their protest for the second day demanding the resignation of the leaders of the government for the negligence for the Wednesday’s Kabul blast.<\/p>\n
The protestors who have camped outside Arg (presidential palace) are blaming the government for the use violence against the protest on Friday. The protestors have said that the government has used arbitrary forces against the civil protest.<\/p>\n
Asif Aashan, a political activist and one of the protestors, told a presser on Saturday here in Kabul that international community, human rights organizations and the United Nations have told the government to respond to the legal demands of the protestors.<\/p>\n
Baqi Samandar, another protestor and civil society activist, said the outraged use of force against the protestor on Friday is the responsibility of security sector and leaders of the government.<\/p>\n
The protestors passing a resolution have urged the international community, relevant anti-terrorism organizations and the UN to recognize Wednesday’s Kabul blast as crimes against humanity and to prosecute the culprits. The resolution containing 5 articles have disavowed the legitimacy of the government and has demanded the resignation of the executive branch of the country.<\/p>\n
The protestors have justified their protest as just and have vowed to continue until their legal demands are not met.<\/p>\n
