Iqbal Nizami, spokesman for the provincial police headquarters, told Salam Watandar the farmers were shot dead when they were on their way home after a busy day at the fields.<\/p>\n<p>Motives behind the killings are not known yet. The deceased farmers were said to be residents of Dawa Jan, Shoraba and Asparman villages.
