He said this project have cost $ 4 million, $ 2.9 million of which have been granted by the World Bank and the rest $ 1.1 million by the Afghan Telecommunication Company. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Habibi said this landmark project would link Khost with rest of the world. He added up to 5,000 digital telephone lines would be set-up in the province costing $ 1.9 million.
