During this press conference, he said the Ministry of Finance has received $ 189 million incentive fund via the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF) for reforms in its five key sections including income resources,&nbsp;organizational reforms, tax management, aid effectiveness and provincial budgeting. This fund would be spent in development projects via National budget considering the priorities, he said.<\/p>\n<p>The MoF spokesman added this fund includes $ 900 million that&nbsp;the World Bank granted within three years (2016-2018) for bringing reforms, and $550 million of this amount has been received until now.
