Article 2 of the proposal notes that the victims and survivors of recent deadly attacks in Kabul should be supported financially and morally while the protesters&rsquo; legal demands should be met.<\/p>\n<p>Article 3 of the proposal demands the government to share the National Security Strategy with the House. The proposal urges the government to refrain from politicizing security entities.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal also requests the government to honor the National Unity Government agreement.
