He added the pro-Daesh rebels are recruiting children, and paying each of them up to AFN 40 per day.<\/p>\n<p>A day earlier, a video went viral on the social media showing armed men hiding their faces, praising the so-called Islamic State (IS) and its leader Al-Baghdadi, and declaring their allegiance to him.
