He told Salam Watandar that the Taliban insurgents abducted the nomads after pro-Daesh rebels had taken away a shepherd and his cattle with themselves. The abducted nomads are taken to Buz-Ghala-Khor village of Qosh-Tapa. &ldquo;The rivalry between the Taliban and the Daesh has increased in the past few weeks in the province.
