Mirwais Safi, Commander of the Afghan National Army (ANA), told Salam Watandar the mortars hit Sarkano district&rsquo;s Nolay village and surrounding areas. He added no harm has been done to the locals as they had vacated the area long ago due to fears about such shelling.<\/p>\n<p>Haji Zargul, a local elder of the Sarkano district, has said this is not the first time Pakistani forces have fired mortars on Kunar.
